The commonly used raw material both domestically and internationally is LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber). Liquid silicone rubber is a liquid rubber, as opposed to solid high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. It has good fluidity, fast vulcanization, is safer and more environmentally friendly, and fully meets food-grade requirements.
Based on the location of functional groups (i.e., crosslinking points) in its molecular structure, liquid rubbers containing functional groups are generally divided into two main categories: one type has functional groups located at both ends of the molecular structure, called telechelic liquid rubber; the other type has active functional groups randomly distributed in the main chain, i.e., functional groups within the molecular structure, called non-telechelic liquid rubber.
